- All orders will be processed within 2 business days Monday-Friday.
- Please allow 5-7 business days for orders within Canada and 10-14 business days for International orders.
- An electronic invoice and tracking number will be emailed to you once your order has been shipped.
- We accept full refunds or exchanges within 14 days of receiving your order in the mail for Canadian orders and 30 days for International orders excluding shipping costs or duty costs.
- All items being returned must be in ORIGINAL CONDITION: hygienic liner intact, no marks (i.e. deodorant marks).
